hi girls
i was thiniking about opening the same topic but i see you did it odelajoie, i m glad thinks ,
why learn english,for me, the first time i travel in destination out francophone contry i understanded one thing i must kept my frensh it in my pocket, it was very hard to me to depend all the time to my husbund, even if i understand but i was unable to speak.
bye the time now i am ok, i manage to see movies only in english since 2009, read books,but i dont interact that much with people.that s the problem.
PS: DARINE please coorect my sentence if you see something wrong, not only DARINE but every body i want really to improve my english.

Your English is machaa Allah and with practice it will be perfect.

we have to admit that learning English nowadays is a must as it is the international language and it is a beautiful language too (not as beautiful as Arabic though)

you know i want to do thing perfectly i dont want to make mistake its doesnt help to learn, no its not perfect its juste ok
you know my husband tell me that my english is more better than his arabians students but for me it s not enough i want to be uble to write et speak perfectly, and the phonetic is a other problems 🤣

and not et you see the frensh is always here hahahha he tell me all the time if you want to learn english move your french speak only arabic no one word in french but now he use some words in frensh the influence 🤣 🤣 i win

i believe strongly that a language is tool for communication and if you can communicate and people can understand you, who cares about perfection??

I prefer the America accent it is much much better for me

for the English accent it deoends who is speaking, if it the queen Elizabeth, I turn deaf straight away, if it is bekham or kate midelton I love it hahaha

I fell in love also with the australian accent in the movie "Australia" with hugh Jakman 😍

you know ode la joie i need the english in my work i must be uble to write and speak flowntly i hope the word is correct. know the majority of the academic publication is in english we need to learn and it is no place to the mistakes. you see it s a must.

For me my problem is just that i do not practice the speaking enough, I am not very bad but not very good either. the only people I practice with are my brothers or learn a song all of by heart and sing it in my shower

dont worry,i have the same problem hahaha, in the begining my husband told me he will speak with me only in english, i wasnt prepared for that my english wasnt very good, but now how i want him to speak with me in english he didnt do it, i am a housewife, i dont have any friends who speak english so i dont practice any where, iam very excited about having class. and now iam practicing my writing also its perfect but i need to have a teatcher to corect all my sentence to see what kind of mistankes i am doing 🤣 ❓

margot i hope your mom gets better soon , i feel you , whatever i do or plan in my life i was have in mind that one day i will go back and live in Algeria , though i have my parents here with me , but the family life is missing …

my fiance is Iranian and is in love with Algeria , even though he hasn't even seen it yet , just through pictures , videos , socializing with algerian people etc …
i can't wait to take him in december inshallah and have our wedding there .

darine its great seeing you so hyper !! the only thing that has this effect on me is either being with my fiance or shopping which i just came back from 🍌 even though my feet are hurting from walking it was worth it 🤣
