dont be sad, its life my dear some good bye and some welcome, sometimes we live this situation with people who live in our contry, still you have some memorises with him, and perhaps you can keep in tach with mail, and somtimes after this pb, he will comeback.
but dont be sad its life. try to keep in your mind the good time you have share togother with all your team. 😘

Poly, yes they left because of what happened in In Amenas! and they were so sad because most of the dead were their friends not only colleagues!

Of course we celebrate al mawlid ennabawi echarif by preaparing a traditional meal depending of each area, in Algiers it is Reshta, for kabyles it is couscous …etc

we light candles every where in the homes and chlidren sing and dance

The grand mother makes henna for the ladies,kids,

we celebrate sidna,we have almost the same traditions,we prepare couscous and lighting candels and singing..i like our traditions 🥰

here too we celebrate el mawlid nabawi charif,we make a traditional dinner,mom are going to prepare "chakhchoukha" but we don't light candels anymore time has changed every thing it's not like before
and tomorow the beautiful familly 😊 of my sister will come at us to bring her the mouloud

Oh That is hard..my hasband has a back probleme so i know what is it about!
You know I read that back problems are related to stress, cause when you are stressed your muscles are tense and whan you move suddenly, bad things happen!
