I am here margot, I have been seek lately. I had a very bad sore throat. Of course it is my fault, I had my hair wet and opend all the doors and widows, straight away I felt my head cold and at night my throat hurt and as usual I do not go to the doctors, so it takes time to heal. But now I am ok, no fever hamdoulillah

hi ode yersterday i was seeing doctor and explainnig him some point, but i was inable to speal flowntly and dont even think about the phonetic, i was desepointed.
after being here for3year i speak a broken english, early i was spaking with my mum i express to her my feeling,she scoled me by saying that i was able to emprouve my english by my self if i wanted, and i agree totaly with her.
iam westing a precisous time to do nothing. 😇

Oh margot, I understand you totally. However, you have to take your life in your own hands. I bet you have libraries overthere, where you can borroow English books for grammar and vocab, do not wait for those weekend English classes and I am sure that you can find in libraries people that can help with speaking too.

For me I had help at home with English, a teacher came to teach me so I could pass my IELTS test and be able to start my course but I did most of the work myself. I am still not at a high level but I am ok.

Have the knowelegde and do not share it is just as if we do not have it. When I finished studying my math degree, I was thinking what to do next. I could have continued a master in math but then what? if I do really well with it I could invent a formula in maths but would it be beneficial for mankind? may be

But I just switched to education, I know that I could do really well in this field, I like it because teaching kids is teaching the next generation to be responsible, independant and good people..so that is my mission if Allah wills

The problem margot is that we cannot change things by being a rebelion nor being angry solves problems. We need to have a mission as you well defined and explained it in the other post. having a mission where you could bring something to this world, change somebody's life with something concrete.

I agree with you margo and Ode being rebillion must have positive effects, it means to make things change for better not for worst.but not any one can be a true "rebillion" because you are challanging a common mentality you are against all and in conflict,if you succeed in making your voice heard it means it is ok.kiss you margo 🫣 🫣

Ode pupils are nice even sometimes they drive me crazy ,yesterday the inspector of English attended my lesson,he was satisfied,I was afraid about the pupils' behaviour but all were 😳 😐 😊 🥀 I really laughed a lot at them,HE asked them if they like the English classes,they said :'yes very goo',one of them really made me 😳 😳 when he said to him:"miss taught me many things",I think even I am always 😤 but they know deep inside that I am doing my job for their well being.
