i live in Ouargla, the people are very very nice, but they stear at you when you go outside, and they know every single deatil of your life even you live in a house with 2 or 3 metre high fence, how? I do not know.
One of our friends, She came to Ouargla as a newly wed girl, her first time to go out was to go to a gynicologist to have contraception pills she found a woman there and she said to here, you are the wife of that kabyle jugde, the tall with moustache one, our friend was shocked, how did she know that??!!
